Refund policy
14 days, any reason, all of it back. The trial exists so you do not need this page, and this page exists in case the trial was not enough.

The rule
Ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get the full amount back, whatever the reason. No form to fill in, no question to answer beyond which address you paid with.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, or use the link in the Paddle receipt you were sent. The refund is issued by Paddle to the card or account you paid from, usually within five working days, and the licence ends when it is issued.
Renewals
A renewal that was not meant to happen is refunded in full if you write within 14 days of it. Cancelling from the receipt link or by email stops the next charge, and the licence runs to the end of the period already paid for.
After 14 days
There is no partial refund of a period already started, but there is also no penalty for cancelling and no loss of your data: the app keeps opening, your settings and history stay, and only reading a cluster stops. If something in the product is broken for you, write anyway; that is a conversation we would rather have.
